Kim has been an educator for 20+ years; serving as a middle school and elementary math teacher, K-6 math instructional specialist, K-5 Math coordinator, K-5 Interventionist and Math Consultant over the span of this time. With a deep love for supporting educators with practical hands-on experiences, providing conceptual strategies that help ALL learners and being creative with developing engaging lessons, the Math studio simply desires to be a thought-partner with you. 

Knowing that personal professional learning starts with a curiosity and willingness to be a life-long learner, the Math studio desires to provide just-in-time support to adult learners. Often times with face-to-face professional learning cultures covering broad topics, conferences providing bite-sized learning and elementary teachers getting moved from one grade level to the next any given year- investing in personal professional learning needs to be on-demand, virtual and personalized.
